Facility Availability and Fees

 

Member Use

Facilities may be used by members without charge based on availability (cleaning and A/V fees below do not apply).  For CCB Ministry Leaders, reservations should be made through Church Community Builder by adding an event to the calendar (reserving facilities/equipment is an option as you are filling out the form).  All other church members, please contact Mr. David Soreano, Ministry Coordinator at davidsoreano@gmail.com.

Non-Member Use

If you are not a member of The Church at Cahaba Bend and would like more information about the use of the church facilities, please contact Mr. David Soreano, Ministry Coordinator at davidsoreano@gmail.com.

Fees for Facility Use

  • Sanctuary use for non-members - $300

  • Cleaning Fee - $150

  • A/V Fee - $100 per event

  • Weddings for Members - No charge

  • Classrooms / Lobby - $100 fee + $50 refundable cleaning and damage deposit
